How to use country-level LP data

Most emerging fund managers start by targeting LPs in their home market, then expand. Here's the pattern that works:

• Start with 1–2 countries — filter the CSV to your home market and 1 adjacent market (e.g. US + UK, or Australia + Singapore). Build a list of 100–200 targeted contacts.
• Filter by investment mandate — use the AUM range, stage focus, and sector fields to narrow to LPs whose mandate matches your fund. A $200M family office writing $500K checks is a different conversation than a $5B endowment requiring $10M minimums.
• Use the cross-border flag — each contact is tagged if they actively invest outside their home country. This identifies which LPs have genuine appetite for your geography, even if it's not their home market.
